Reservations / Cancellations
Reservations: Although walk-ins are always welcome, we highly recommend booking your treatment, including infrared detoxification sauna or steam shower, in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.
Cancellation Policy: Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 100% charge. If you are within this booking time, you are already confirmed for your treatment and the cancellation policy will be in effect. A valid credit or debit card number is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Please understand that Spa bookings and cancellations are separate from the Hotel. Spa appointments are NOT automatically cancelled if Hotel reservations are.
