Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 100% charge. If you are within this booking time, you are already confirmed for your treatment and the cancellation policy will be in effect. A valid credit or debit card number is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Please understand that Spa bookings and cancellations are separate from the Hotel. Spa appointments are NOT automatically cancelled if Hotel reservations are.

Advance Bookings
Although walk-ins are always welcome, we highly recommend booking your treatment, including infrared detoxification sauna or steam shower, in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.

Spa Arrival
We recommend that you check in at Spa Reception at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows us to have a brief discussion with you about your treatment expectations. You may also print the spa form here and bring it with you. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

Spa Etiquette
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect every person’s right to have an enjoyable, peaceful spa experience. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person not honoring this request.

Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries, which could affect your service when making your Spa reservation. The more we know about you, the better we can customize your spa experience to be as unique as you are.

Age Requirements
A parent/legal guardian must accompany all minors, and all services scheduled for minors will only take place in the Side-by-Side treatment room, in the presence of parent/legal guardian. Proper documentation of relationship to the minor is required.

Cleanliness
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

Draping Policy
All therapists of Rubys Spa follow a draping policy to ensure the propriety of all guests. You will be comfortably draped during your body treatment and/or massage. Please feel free to dress to your level of comfort and communicate with your therapist any concerns you may have.

Pricing and availability of services is subject to change without notice.

Group Packages
Group or Packages can be made or coordinated to fit a clients needs. All group or spa packages require an advance deposit and are non-refundable. Gratuity is not included in your price and would be greatly appreciated.

Hours of Operation
Sunday-Thursday 10am-4pm, Friday & Saturday 10am-6pm
Open every day except Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Gift Certificates
Surprise someone special with a spa gift certificate, available in denominations of $25.
Good for any service or retail product. You are welcome to purchase gift certificates online!

Return Policy
Unopened and unused products may only be returned with a receipt, within 14 days of purchase.
